DFE IFA Trailblazer for Express apprenticeships group showcased the latest draft of operator vision for duties of our front line operatives. Asked for a vote.

Concluded a V7 document as the operator employer view of revised KSBs.

Operators representing over quarter of a million vans gave their input.

Finalising the revision of Express delivery operative L2 apprenticeship.

 The IOC table of quarter of a million vans was asked to vote their approval for the behaviour units of the role of next generation. DFE IFA Andy Scott delivered the timeline so far.

IOC eduction sub group chair, trailblazer IFA group, Trevor Hoyle asked fellows for their opinion in a vote on the behaviour units for the latest update of the Express Delivery apprenticeship that was time-lined by DFE IFA Andy Scott.

Fellows voted on the order of behaviours in the express delivery apprenticeship, top answer, scored number one was the behaviour to be safe:-

- Prioritises the safety of self and others.

- Has a customer- focused mind-set.

- Acts in a professional and ethical manner in line with organisational culture and expectations.

- Takes ownership and responsibility for own work.

- Acts with integrity and honesty in all financial dealings, is astute in work activities and acts credibly.
