Chris Floyd stepped into the group to explain road safety in final mile. ‘At Evri we have approx thirty thousand self-employed couriers delivering final mile, the self-employed drivers work under their own control. At Evri we set up a star rating, customers asked to rate their driver. There are further seven KPIs, of which five are behavioural, two are operational.’ Chris explained financial value match to delivery performance and spoke about the hundred parcel model.
