Evri, has strengthened its partnership with fulfilment and logistics specialist Haul&Store, signing a new two-year agreement which sees parcel volume increase by 685%.

The collaboration marks a significant milestone in a relationship that began in April 2022 and has since evolved into a strategic growth partnership.

David Saenz, Chief Commercial Officer at Evri Group, said:

Our partnership with Haul&Store is a fantastic example of how we work alongside ambitious businesses to unlock scalable growth. By combining competitive, flexible delivery solutions with consistent quality and a highly collaborative approach, we’ve been able to support Haul&Store as they expand their client base and increase volumes significantly. We’re particularly proud of how our teams work together week-to-week to identify new opportunities, drive innovation, and continuously improve performance. We look forward to building on this momentum and supporting their continued success.

Since re-engaging, Haul&Store has achieved approximately 50% growth in order volumes, with Evri playing a central role in enabling that expansion – supporting both the growth of existing clients and acquisition of new business. The expanded agreement reflects a shared commitment to innovation, service improvement, and scalable delivery solutions.

Haul&Store has also increased its adoption of Evri services beyond domestic shipments, moving elements of its international traffic to the carrier, citing improved cost efficiency and service performance.

The partnership is underpinned by a collaborative account management approach, with weekly strategy sessions focused on:

  • Commercial innovation and growth opportunities
  • Customer experience enhancements
  • Continuous operational improvement

This proactive and responsive model has enabled both businesses to adapt quickly and unlock new opportunities.

Looking ahead, Haul&Store is exploring additional Evri solutions, including Out of Home delivery services, to further enhance convenience and flexibility for customers.

Both companies see strong alignment in their growth ambitions and customer-focused strategies.

Neil Burden, Co-Founder of Haul&Store, said:

"Our partnership with Evri has gone from strength to strength. Their commitment to service, competitive pricing, and collaborative approach has been instrumental in supporting our rapid growth. We value the transparency, responsiveness, and innovation they bring, and we’re excited about what the future holds as we continue to scale together."

“We look after about 65 e-commerce growth brands across the supplement, wellbeing, and fashion apparel sectors. We've been working with Evri for a few years now and the merger with DHL eCommerce UK has been an exciting part of the proposition with Evri. We've started to use more of the international services which dovetail with other parts of the Evri Group, and we're exploring more options within the UK.

“When we first started using Evri, it was just parcels. But as we've grown the relationship, our packet volumes have really grown. We've introduced a large letter service, which has been beneficial for some of our clients, and we're now trialling out of home - we've really expanded the breadth of services that we can offer our clients through the Evri relationship.

“A lot of our clients send international traffic, and we're limited in the amount of partners that offer a commercial proposition there, so with DHL eCommerce UK’s service combined in the Evri Group, we found that a lot of the clients are happy with the commercial terms that we can offer them.

“We've got a hands-on account management team that look after us; a weekly meeting that's helped us really grow the relationship. We're able to bring ideas to that team, and they're able to turn them around.

“We became aware of Evri's out-of-home service recently, and by speaking to some of our clients, we've managed to pilot with one of them. They're now putting through a reasonable amount of traffic from their site, and that's going to give us the catalyst to promote that to the rest of our brands that we support.

“They are proactive in their ways of trying to grow with us. They're always bringing ideas to the table, and when we've got ideas, they listen to them, and it just feels like a mirror of what we're trying to do with our clients, they're trying to do with us.”

This latest agreement reinforces Evri’s position as a key enabler of growth for UK businesses, offering flexible, reliable delivery solutions that support expansion at scale.

The new premium division – powered by DHL eCommerce UK’s previous operation – provides greater choice and cost-competitive services for both consumers and businesses, with new services including mail collection and processing, and a dedicated separate network for high-value deliveries. Business letters leader UK Mail and customs clearance specialist Coll-8 are also part of The Group.
