DPD has this week announced the five finalists they have chosen to participate in the first DPD EcoLaunchpad programme.

Those selected following the recent Pitch Day will go on to work closely with some of DPD's senior leadership team and experts to trial their solutions in a live environment.

Inst Of Couriers, Carl Lomas said. ‘Yes, express logistics plans routes to every level, even the order of packages on the vehicle is optimised. During the Olympics our sector had great input from TfL on road works and incidents for the route network, this was very beneficial to roads movement.’
