Joint group of second and first years, across multiple delivery brands, joined forces to discuss and deliver their answers in a masterclass of learning focus that was encouraged to go further. Our next generation was inspirational in its vision for our sector with a lens step to customer promise, customers at the heart of delivery reliability. From individual answers they went on to focus key words for the sector, discuss stream variations from mail to parcel and oversize, before a vote on the top answer.

The morning's workshop generated multiple answers and a set of key words valid for our sector. 'On time, every time' featured strongly.
