An Ocado customer wrote

Today is my dad's 80th birthday (July 21st) . ‘Unfortunately I'm in London, and he's in Gateshead where he has been self-isolating since lockdown. Being an Ocado customer for a lot of years, it's been a huge relief to be able to share a weekly delivery with my parents to help out from a distance. As he was getting a delivery today, I'd contacted Ocado customer services to ask if the driver could wish him a happy birthday as I wasn't able to be there with him. I've just had a call to say that the delivery driver not only did that, but was carrying a birthday cake aloft while singing 'Happy birthday' to him. Thank you Ocado. This extra thought and kindness has made all the difference today.
