This charter looks for businesses committed to race equality, today we see a sector in commitment. Examples like establishing clear zero-tolerance policy on harassment, creating a racial diverse workforce or being a positive mentor for those in the minority are just some of the positive outcomes of engaging with this charter. I am particularly proud to see you declare this support for your sector to this very important work.
