Evrii expands its long-term partnership with Debenhams Group.

Evri, has this week announced an expansion of its long-term partnership with Debenhams Group, the online retail powerhouse behind brands including Debenhams, PrettyLittleThing, boohoo, boohooMAN and Karen Millen. The two-year contract extension comes as Evri delivered a record 807m parcels in its most recent financial year and builds on a long-standing relationship between Evri and Debenhams Group, which has been in place since 2014. The new deal will establish Evri as one of the Group’s key delivery partners, ensuring customers across the Group’s brands receive their orders quickly and securely, as it rolls out its successful marketplace model.

Debenhams Group customers will also benefit from the launch of Evri’s new locker strategy, giving shoppers more choice over how they receive their orders to suit their daily schedules. Evri has announced a planned investment of £50 million into the strategy, as it looks to more than double its network of ParcelShops and Lockers by 2030, reaching 25,000 locations.

This renewed partnership follows a number of key strategic announcements for the Yorkshire-based delivery company, including a proposed merger with DHL UK eCommerce, alongside the acquisition of Ireland’s Coll-8 - a leading independent customs clearance and logistics specialist.

David Saenz, Chief Commercial Officer, Evri, said: “We’re thrilled to further bolster our relationship with the Debenhams Group and its brands, as we move into this next phase of our partnership. “In what has been over a decade of working together, it’s been incredible for both businesses to grow alongside one another, and this is evidenced in the increased volume of parcels we are forecasting to deliver to their customers this year. “This is an exciting time for Evri, as we invest in doubling our ParcelShop and locker network by 2030, as well as the announcement of our proposed merger with DHL eCommerce UK, all of which makes it particularly special for us that we can continue to strengthen our long-term client relationships.”

Dan Finley, Chief Executive Officer, Debenhams Group, said: “As a global business serving millions of customers, delivering a seamless and reliable service is our top priority. Today's shoppers expect speed, flexibility and full visibility when it comes to receiving their items, whenever and however they choose to shop. “This is exactly what we have found in our partnership with Evri. As we continue to scale our marketplace model, we’re delighted to extend this partnership with Evri, giving customers greater choice and convenience as they shop thousands of brands at Debenhams Group.”

Evri is on track to become the UK’s premier parcel delivery company for businesses and consumers alike. Following the expected completion of its proposed merger with DHL eCommerce UK by the end of 2025 (subject to customary regulatory clearances), the combined Evri business will deliver more than 1 billion parcels and a further 1 billion business letters annually. The company – which currently delivers around 900 million parcels a year – has a mission to be the most convenient way to send, receive and return parcels, without costing the earth. Working with Europe’s top retailers, marketplaces and pre-loved sites, the roots of Evri can be traced back to Yorkshire in 1974. The business has grown over the decades and now has a team of 8,000+ employees and 28,000 couriers, as well as a growing network of ParcelShops and Lockers and state-of-the-art hubs and depots. Following its acquisition of Coll-8 in May 2025, an Irish independent customs clearance and logistics specialists, Evri continues to enhance its international capability. Delivering c. 99% of parcels on time, Evri has more than 3 million independent 5-star Trustpilot reviews, an average courier rating of 4.7/5, and a strong commitment to customer experience.
