Since launching in July 2024, the Viking Depot of the Month awards have been shining a spotlight on the outstanding teams and individuals at DX Group who go above and beyond for our customers. These awards recognise those who deliver exceptional customer service, operational improvements and continually find ways to improve our customers' experiernce. Each winner earns a prestigious award, and a generous cash prize - which can be shared with their team or donated to a cause close to their hearts.
January - Steff Hardy (Nottingham) - Steff’s leadership has transformed the Nottingham depot from a struggling site into one of the network’s 'Top Performers', setting a new benchmark for customer satisfaction.
February - DX Customer Service Team (Northampton) - This powerhouse team has driven real change by implementing data-driven reports, like their innovative depot league tables, which have dramatically boosted the speed of customer query resolution.
March - Rebecca Buckley (Oldham) - With her sharp analytical mind and deep industry expertise, Rebecca has made significant operational improvements by working closely with Viking depots - enhancing the overall customer experience and setting a new standard for service excellence.
