As we come to the end of Week 1 of go live at our new Horizon Logistics Park facility in Dublin, the teamwork behind this milestone has been exceptional.

This hub represents far more than a new building. As the largest and most technologically advanced FedEx facility in Ireland, it brings our core operations together under one roof, serves as our Ireland Head Office, and strengthens Ireland’s role within our Northern Region of Europe and the wider global supply chain.

The site delivers greater coverage and speed, expanded operational capability, and dedicated handling across a wide range of shipments. More importantly, it creates what’s next for our Ireland operation a strong platform for growth, improved capability, and new opportunities for our people.

Masterson explains, ‘What makes me most proud is the team behind it. Over the past few years, colleagues across Ireland and the wider business have worked collaboratively from the original concept and business case, through detailed planning and the build of this facility, to get us to where we are today. The dedication, expertise and persistence of the project team behind the scenes laid the foundations for a successful go live and this next chapter for our Ireland operation.
