Whistl, the UK specialists in e-fulfilment, mail and parcels, has seen significant wins and contract renewals across the Group in the first half of the year.

New customers for Mail include Fidelity International and Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and, within the Posthub offering, the Blue Cross animal charity. In addition, the company has renewed its longstanding relationships with Sky, Eon and Joe Browns.

Contracts for the parcels division, Parcelhub, have been renewed with YouGarden and Richer Sounds and further expanded its client base in the garden sector with Bents Garden Centre.

Whistl Doordrop Media experienced a 32% increase in volume in the first six months of the year, taking advantage of the trend in using non-digital channels for acquisition activity. Client wins and renewals include the Salvation Army and Checkatrade, one of the largest users of DDM in the UK.

Whistl Fulfilment continues to build its presence in this market, it was chosen by Tesco for its newly launched F&F Online provision to provide warehouse, fulfilment, delivery and return management services. Strong customer retention is reflected in the satisfaction scores for the Annual Customer survey with a Whistl Group score of 87% satisfaction. Within the business divisions, the scores were: Mail 93%, Doordrop Media 95%, Cross Border 92%, Fulfilment and Contact Centres 100% and Parcels 73%. Over the past year the company has increased its NPS (Net Promotor Score) from 42 to 54 – above the industry average of 40. A score above 50 is considered excellent.
