New company values stand to serve as the compass guiding every aspect of a CitySprint's operations.

 

 

CitySprint colleagues are at the heart of what they do, so by articulating and upholding these clear new values, they are confident their teams across the business will be set up for success and will deliver what matters for our customers.

Faye Calland explains, ‘Following the recent reveal of our new Company Purpose, which details why we exist as a business, we are excited to unveil our brand-new Company Values, detailing how we’ll behave to achieve and uphold that purpose.’ ‘These values have been created in collaboration with our colleagues, ensuring we’re unified as a business on what is important to us. Ultimately, they will shape how we act, how we collaborate, how we make decisions – all with our customers, colleagues and suppliers in mind. ‘
