London marathon number three and a new PB for Senior Vice President FedEx, Trevor Hoyle.

Most importantly my colleague Dan Vines and I raised £6,000 for the Woodenspoon Charity. This was Dan’s 10th London marathon he also set a PB. Spurred on by the crowds and the fantastic atmosphere. A big thank you to the London Underground for providing free travel to competitors and my sincere thanks to everyone who generously sponsored us. A few days rest now before I refocus on New York, which is November 6th.
