The Prime Minister has confirmed the final appointments to the Ministerial team at the Department for Transport and their portfolios have been confirmed.
The Rt Hon Anne-Marie Trevelyan MP has been appointed as Secretary of State for Transport.
She has responsibility for the following:
oversight of all areas
security (inc. Ukraine)
civil contingencies
supply chains
Kevin Foster MP has been appointed as Minister of State.
Kevin has previously been Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Wales and for Immigration at the Home Office. His portfolio includes:

Passenger and freight services
Accessibility
The Rt Hon Lucy Frazer KC MP has been appointed Minister of State.
Lucy has previously been Financial Secretary to the Treasury, Minister of State in the Ministry of Justice and Solicitor General. Her portfolio includes:

Future of transport
Decarb/environment (incl. Transport Decarbonisation, Office for Zero Emission Vehicles and the Joint Air Quality Unit)
Science and research
Future of freight
Haulage
Baroness Vere of Norbiton has been reappointed as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State.
Charlotte has been a Minister in the Department for Transport since July 2019. Her portfolio includes:
· Aviation
· Space
· International
· Local transport (inc. buses, taxis & light rail)
· Active travel
As the Department’s Minister in the House of Lords, the Baroness will also cover all other areas of policy when needed.
