Tracey Worth launched a best-dressed festive express courier sector competition. Response has been amazing, Crown Couriers even baked a cake - not just any cake, a full-on pleated Christmas jumper replica cake. We landed IOC president, Viscount, Lord Falkland with the most difficult job of the year, ‘judge the final mile festive champions.’

 

 

DPD Hinckley turned out in force to win best team. Individual winner went to super-cool snowman at Hermes. CitySprint bagged best reindeer. Best Santa went to Yodel sortation Father Christmas. Individual fellow jumper to Jon Bunting at Smiths News. Arrow XL get a mention for festive formal attire -  jacket, tie and trouser match!

DPD went a step further for Santa

60 thousand pounds to ‘Save the Children’ charity

DPD match pound-for-pound on donations for team to dress festive for festive Friday Jumper Day, doubling the money raised by team to a staggering sixty thousand pounds donation for ‘Save the Children’ charity.

DPD team members engaged strongly in Friday jumper festive fun UK-wide. Prizes went to the top starts, DPD festive Friday winner went to Gedimas Grigas, C&D shift manager at Dagenham who won five hundred pounds with a super-cool snowman costume. Second place went to Lady Santa at Hinckley, Stefania Preda, warehouse operative wins three hundred pounds. Third place to Andy Hesketh in Greater Manchester.
