Dr Andrew Neather TfL, hot off the press, updates the IOC on this week's greater detail on forthcoming changes to road space and access

Updates are part of the Streetspace programme, creating more space for cycling and walking.

I am now starting to get a more reliable flow of information from the delivery team on immediately imminent changes.

The ones happening over the next week or so are:

Last night: (Wed May 20th)

· Tottenham High Road (Bruce Grove) – footway extensions implemented successfully;

· London Bridge – prescribed bi-directional pedestrian flow lanes on eastern footway introduced;

Tonight:

· Holloway Road LU station – footway extension to significantly increase bus waiting and boarding space;

Friday night:

· Edgware Road (Marble Arch to Marylebone Flyover) – various footway extensions along both sides;

Saturday night:

· Camden Road (Camden Town) – footway extensions around station and up to Camden Street;

Sunday through to Tuesday:

· Park Lane – extending the bus and cycle lanes from Hyde Park Corner to Marble Arch northbound;
