DX Freight- would like to introduce you to Tom who is 4 years old. Tom’s parents Paul and Lisa both work for DX Express in their Warrington depot. Paul Carroll is the Collection & Delivery Manager, so is a key member of our team, keeping our country’s supply chain moving. Tom’s hero is his dad and when he was asked to write a rhyme or poem about NHS/key workers for his school work, of course he decided to write about his dad.

‘My Dad is a key worker, he works for DX Delivery, he helps get the brave drivers on our roads so we can all stay home safe. He loads the vans full of medicine and toilet rolls that people need to keep us safe in our homes so we can follow the rules. And sometimes delivers the odd garden spade so we can dig up the weeds. I want to say thanks for the jobs he completes. He always has a smile for the people he greets. My Dad is a hero! I miss him so much when we are apart, but he is a key worker and I love him with all my heart.’
