This is another fantastic award win and it is a massive team effort. I must thank everyone involved, right across the company, for their hard work and dedication in giving our customers the best possible experience. We are the leaders in our sector, and we were the only parcel carrier shortlisted on the night amongst the 150 finalists, but the National Business Awards are still the one that everyone wants to win, so this means a huge amount to us.
