The perfect truck, Worshipful livery of Carmen heraldry in the windscreen, Carl Lomas added a Guildhall tax disc from the IOC CX500 motorbike to ply trade in the City Square Mile that had been stamped by alderman and new Lord Mayor Fiona Woolf CBE. The truck came from the Bibby Line group and pulled the parade float of the London Metropolitan University, dean of the University Stephen Perkins will be at IOC House of Lords gowning to exchange tales of transport with the IOC fellows.
