CitySprint Deliver On the Dot, within a chosen hour.

The inaugural exhibition was full and overflowing with customers wishing to understand more of what was on offer through eDelivery. MyHermes, CitySprint, DX, Royal Mail were in full attendance with many others under the window roof of the NEC but the visitor was not in the dark about the services available from these elite suppliers.

CitySprint were here to launch their new service called 'On the Dot'. A facility that will improve the customer experience by putting the customer in control. Want a delivery at a certain time, On the Dot will deliver it.

DX Stephen Barry, Service Development Manager was proud to promote the development of investment into the employees of the company and in particular the drivers.  From 2012 the government brought in the Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) to raise the standard of learning for drivers but within the courier industry many leading companies are leagues ahead and one of these is DX who will only accept employees who have passed the level 1 vetting.
