LoCITY - Ultra-low emissions TfL launch event Jan 27th

Ultra Low Emission is far more than Euro 6; courier vehicles, small and light vans do not yet exist in the general market place and the 2020 timeline is racing towards us. IOC welcome Transport for London's announcement of their January 27th launch event  of LoCITY – a brand new industry-led programme aimed at helping the freight and fleet sector to lead the way in improving air quality and reducing carbon emissions.

 

 

This is the first LoCITY event aiming to engage all interested parties to get involved in the programme. It will take place on the morning 27 January 2016 from 09:30 to 12:45 Prospero House - 241 Borough High St. Southwark. London SE1 1GA. Places are limited and by invitation only. Over the next five years Tfl be working with freight and fleet operators, vehicle manufacturers and fuel technology providers to increase the availability and uptake of low emission commercial vehicles. They will also be launching the LoCITY Fleet Advice Programme offering advice, guidance and support. The event will showcase the programme and offer a great opportunity to get involved in a unique initiative, which will help improve air quality and reduce carbon emissions.
