Mark Wilkes, ‘What a result! A massive congratulations to our very own Phil Coulter, who has been crowned the overall winner of the Delivery Excellence Challenge 2026. Phil competed alongside 32 finalists from 24 business units, tackling a series of challenges covering safety, precision, customer focus, driving skills and operational excellence and also took home a special award for sustainability driving, adding another fantastic achievement for DPD Ireland.

We’re thrilled to have one of top driver's across the entire DPD network representing DPD Ireland. Phil’s achievement is a fantastic example of the visible difference our people make, and the high standards being delivered across DPD Ireland every day.
