IOC fellow, Glenn Chambers (FIoC) Cal - Courier & Logistics, A great example of the team going the extra mile ‘Late Tuesday afternoon, we received a tricky request: collect from the Isle of Bute the very next morning and return the kit to stores in Glasgow the same day. For many, the ferry timings, location, and tight turnaround would have been enough to shy away from it. For us, it was a challenge accepted. One of our drivers, Stephen, set off from mainland Scotland first thing, made the crossing over to the Isle of Bute, completed the collection, and had everything returned safely to Glasgow the very same day.

It also turned out to be a beautiful sunny day on the island, and our driver managed to capture some brilliant photos along the way — never thought I’d be saying that about Scotland! Another great example of the team going the extra mile, *quite literally*, to get the job done.’
