iPost Pete and the UK Mail brand is set to disappear

Following the DHL-UK Mail deal at the end of 2016, the brand is set to change - also new web for over fifty sites.

A new web site and rebranding for the fifty UK Mail sites adding strong DHL international options to the customer provision.

UK Mail was established in 1971 as Yellow Cars by the Kayne brothers and enjoyed dramatic growth following TNT's entry into the market in 1979.

The Business Post brand launched in 1986, shares floated in 1983 on the London Stock Exchange.

The UK Today name began in 2002, UK Mail by 2004, imail and IPost Pete were added in 2008.

2015 sees new national hub at Ryton on the A45 with capacity up to 24,000 parcels per hour.

DHL acquire UK Mail December 2016.
