Institute of Couriers Logisticians Survey
The IOC are running this online survey to identify the e-retail shopping habits of individuals who are logisticians. It is an anonymous survey which will take approximately ten minutes to complete.
Do you as a logistician shop on-line ?, do you shop early or late ?, do you expect delivery to home or business ?
IOC are working closely with Manchester Met University, Sheffield Hallam University, the University of Derby and London Met to profile how logisticians use the web for e-retail as individuals.

I would greatly appreciate individuals involved in transport and logistics completing the survey. It will develop a picture of e-retail habits of those in the sector which we can compare to the wider retail groups of shoppers. Please take ten minutes to complete our online survey as below.
